Senior Marketing Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a driven individual who is passionate about marketing and our business. This is an opportunity to join our (6+) marketing team and support our growing brands.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Social media agency management – leading day to day communication with our social media agency, ensuring we’re progressing towards our targets and working effectively across organic social (oversight of all brands and lead on two)
  • Social media content direction – leading on content and copy direction and feedback, to ensure we maximise engagement and follower growth
  • Influencer marketing – leading project management for in-house influencer activity, including managing monthly campaigns and building long-term influencer partnerships
  • Email marketing – leading the execution of our email marketing strategy, including content creation, CRM database management, executing sign-up campaigns, managing automated email flows and measuring performance
  • Consumer PR – leading the execution of our consumer PR strategy, including creating newsworthy content, building relationships with journalists and managing award entries
  • Trade PR – leading the execution of trade PR to support sales listings, including writing submissions for trade publications, creating newsworthy stories and building relationships with trade influencers
  • Copywriting – including copywriting for owned media and advertising, leading blog creation, creating insight driven briefs for copywriters and reviewing content
  • Budget management and evaluation of return on investment for all managed marketing activity, including completing weekly reports
  • Input into broader marketing strategy, campaign creation and media planning
  • Collaborating with the sales team to support key retailer listings (e.g., creation and maintenance of sales presentations)
  • Inputting into new product development (e.g., market research, idea generation and launch planning)



  • Passion for food, drink and sustainability
  • Interest in marketing and 2-3 years’ experience
  • A willingness to learn
  • Social media experience
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and evaluating ROI
  • Ability to execute marketing tasks to a high standard
  • Good copywriting skills and an interest in written communication
