Job Description:


We are looking for a driven individual who is passionate about marketing and our business. This is an opportunity to join our (4+) marketing team and support growing our businesses.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Social media account management: managing day to day communication with our social media agency, ensuring we’re progressing towards our targets and working effectively
  • Social media copywriting: creating engaging copy in unique tones of voice, across multiple brands
  • Social media content creation: briefing and feeding back on photography and video shoots
  • Creating and managing paid social media campaigns across multiple channels, in-line with our digital marketing strategy
  • Campaign budget management and evaluation of return on investment for all marketing campaigns
  • Creating tone of voice documents that drive brand love and engagement
  • Creating and uploading copy for brand websites
  • Supporting our events strategy: finding relevant consumer events (possibly digital) and helping to create our brand presence
  • Working with our retailers (e.g., Whole Foods Market, Mindful Chef and Planet Organic) to drive sales, by managing in-store and online activation
  • Collaborating with the broader marketing team to support other marketing activities and inform campaign ideas
  • Community management on social: building brand love and loyalty by engaging with consumers
  • Collaborating with the sales team to support key retailer sell-ins (e.g., creating sales presentations)
  • Inputting into new product development (e.g., market research, idea generation and launch planning)

  • Good copywriting skills
  • An interest in written communication
  • Strong project management and organisational skills
  • High degree of competency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
