Job Description:

We are looking for someone who is passionate about ecommerce to join our marketing team and support our growing ecommerce businesses. Focussing on our two direct-to-consumer ecommerce sites and multiple listings on Amazon, you’ll have exposure to marketing strategy, and an opportunity to learn and lead execution.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execution of digital marketing strategy, including creating and managing digital marketing campaigns across; PPC, Amazon, Display and SEO
  • Campaign budget management and evaluation of return on investment
  • Regular monitoring and reporting of ecommerce performance, across KPIs incl., Traffic, Conversion Rate, Revenue, Sales, Click Through Rate, Customer Acquisition Cost, CPM, etc.
  • Using Google Analytics and Shopify to create reports on website and channel performance
  • Optimising on and off-site search engine optimisation (SEO) to improve our visibility (e.g., generating backlinks, creating a keyword strategy and updating website copy)
  • Gathering and presenting consumer insight, so it can be used to improve campaigns (e.g., informing ad targeting, creative and keyword selection)
  • Project and agency management: briefing and managing day to day communication with digital marketing agencies, ensuring we’re progressing towards our targets and working effectively (e.g., web design agencies)
  • Optimising user experience on-site to improve conversion (e.g., redesigning and testing new content)
  • Launching on-site activations to improve loyalty (e.g., referral programmes and ‘free-product’ pop-ups)

 

Other Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with the broader marketing team to support with other marketing activities and inform campaign ideas
  • Collaborating with the sales team to support key retailer listings
  • Input into new product development

 

Requirements:

  • Passion for food, drink and sustainability
  • Interest in digital marketing and media buying, and a willingness to learn
  • Experience in ecommerce and/or digital marketing
  • Experience using Google AdWords and Google Analytics
  • Able to implement marketing tasks to a high standard
  • Experience within a food & beverage business
  • Data driven: Strong analytical skills and capabilities in order to craft plans, find opportunities and effectively measure performance
  • Strong numerical and reporting skills
  • High degree of competency in Microsoft Excel
