Job Description
We are looking for a driven digital marketing executive to join our (4+) marketing team and support growing our ecommerce businesses. Focusing on our two direct-to-consumer ecommerce sites and multiple listings on Amazon. You’ll have exposure to marketing strategy, and an opportunity to learn and lead execution.
Digital Marketing Responsibilities:
- Execution of digital marketing strategy, including creating and managing digital marketing campaigns across; PPC, Paid Social, Display and SEO
- Working across key platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Display and Amazon Marketing
- Campaign budget management and evaluation of return on investment for all marketing campaigns
- Regular monitoring and reporting, across key KPIs; Traffic, Conversion Rate, Revenue, Sales, Click Through Rate, Customer Acquisition Cost, CPM, etc.
- Using Google Analytics to report on website performance, customer acquisition and conversion
- Optimising on and off-site search engine optimisation (SEO), improving our search visibility
- Gathering and presenting consumer insight, so it can be used to improve campaigns (e.g., informing ad targeting, creative and keyword selection)
Other Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with the broader marketing team to support with other marketing activities and inform campaign ideas
- Collaborating with the sales team to support key retailer listings
- Input into new product development
Requirements:
- 2 + years marketing experience, with a focus on digital marketing
- Interest in digital marketing and media buying, and a willingness to learn
- Experience using Google AdWords, Facebook Business Manager and Google Analytics
- Able to implement marketing plans to a high standard
- Experience within a FMCG business
- Data driven: Strong analytical skills and capabilities in order to craft plans, find opportunities and effectively measure performance
- Strong numerical and reporting skills
- High degree of competency in Microsoft Excel
- Passion for food, drink and sustainability preferable
