High Oleic Sunflower is a particular type of Sunflower seed, which contains Oleic acid
(normally found in Extra Virgin Olive oil).
After cold pressing the oil is gently deoderised: this process removes the "volatile"
aromatic substances,through indirect exposure to steam. The result is an oil,neutral
in taste,which can safely be used for frying etc..
