Passata Fina
Our organic Passata Fina is made from sun-ripened tomatoes (grown on a farm in Tuscany)that have been pureed and sieved until perfectly smooth. It's a traditional Italian store-cupboard essential used as a base for smooth sauces,pizza toppings,soups and stews.
