Our pasta is made in a family owned Pastificio in the hills of the Trentino Dolomites,Northern Italy.
Our ingredients are simple - we use the finest quality Organic Durum Wheat and pure Alpine spring water.
Our secret? The expertise passed down through four generations in a family dediated to the production of quality Italian pasta.
We follow the "slow food" philosophy -( extruding our pasta in the traditional way through Bronze dies,then allowing a resting period before drying at low temperature).
The result? - award winning pasta of exceptional flavour and vitality.
