First cold pressing - unrefined. Biona offer a wide selection of culinary oils, cold pressed from selected organically grown raw materials. The distinctive flavours and aromas of these oils will enhance your dishes and stimulate your taste buds.
Our oils are from the first cold pressing – without additional heating- this method produces less volume but the highest quality oils. After pressing we simply filter out the sediment and pack the oils in dark glass bottles to protect from light and oxidation. Our Pumpkinseed oil is unroasted - thus preserving the health benefits of the seeds. Our High Oleic Sunflower oil is cold pressed and then carefully deodorised making it an ideal oil for high temperature cooking.
